The NASS Helpline is open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm.

NASS Helpline

Sally (sally@nass.co.uk), Garry (garry@nass.co.uk) and Zoë (zoe@nass.co.uk) are usually available to chat Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm.

Do call us on 020 8741 1515.

You can also email us with any questions and we will aim to get back to you as soon as possible. Usually that’s within one working day but at very busy times it can take us a little longer.

We are on Facebook and are always happy to answer questions through direct messages or to share your questions with others if you want to understand other peoples experiences. We have more than 20,000 followers so there’s a good chance that someone will understand what you’re going through and have a great suggestion.

If you prefer Twitter you’ll find us at @NASSexercise where we have over 6,000 followers. Lots are physiotherapists and they are always happy to make a few suggestions if you need some help.
