Dr Dulay is a consultant Rheumatologist and Physician from Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust, who received a silver award for his work in improving diagnostic delay, mainly focussed around education, data and leadership of a regional network.

• He leads and chairs the South Coast Axial SpA Network (SCAN) which brings together clinicians from across Trusts in the South of England.
• He has driven forward the SCAN networks collection of data around delay to diagnosis in the region and published this in UK, US and European conference abstracts.
• He regularly proactively shares the Act on axial SpA campaign messages through education sessions and personal social media.
