Niamh is an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist (AAP) working for the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust, who received a bronze award for her work in improving diagnostic delay, from clinic and pathway development, promotion of NASS materials and education.

• She has been instrumental in the establishment of a new axial SpA clinic in Belfast.
• She has developed the local axial SpA pathway, embedding best practice from national guidelines and the NASS Gold Standard.
• She has run a range of educational outreach sessions with primary care professionals across Belfast to promote the new service and the need to improve identification and referral.
