Recently had an axial SpA diagnosis? Check out Your SpAce

We are excited to share that our new online programme, Your SpAce, is now live

Created in partnership with people living with axial SpA (including Ankylosing Spondylitis or AS) and healthcare professionals, Your SpAce will allow you to discover new ways to manage your condition, in your own time and at your own pace.

There is a wide range of resources available to access for free, including short informative videos on topics such as pain, fatigue and flares, as well as videos of people with axial SpA sharing their experiences.

A big thank you to everyone with axial SpA and healthcare professionals who were involved in helping to bring the programme together.

Visit Your SpAce now and please get involved in our community by sharing your experiences and advice in the video comments.

Join our online community!

Your SpAce is more than just an online resource. Join our free online meetups to meet other people with axial SpA, share experiences, and get support. For more information and to book your place, visit our Eventbrite.
